Drone Motion Blur Effect – Adobe Premiere Tutorial

What’s up guys Ryan here and in this video I’m gonna show you how to do this drone motion blur effect I usde effect a lot in my Dolomites video. If you haven’t seen it yet. I highly recommend you go check it out It’s one of my favorite videos I’ve ever done if you want to take your drone videos to the next level I highly recommend this effect. It just makes your footage look so much better. Ine question I get all the time is what drone filters I use. So I’ve teamed up with SanMarc, they have amazing filters for the Mavic 2 Mavic Air, and all your drones. Use my code. You can get 10% off anything on the website. So make sure you go check that out. Alright, but now let’s get into the tutorial so I’m in Premiere Pro and I had this shot at one of the most insane mountain ranges in the world called Seceda. I have my drone I’m flying it back pretty slow. What I recommend for these shots if you’re doing them is that you’re doing a Uniform motion when you’re flying it So you’re either flying a straight line or you’re doing like a circle and that’ll make it look the best So what I’m going to do is I want to hit command R and I’m going to speed it up to 500% So let’s just take a look and see what looks when it’s sped up So it looks pretty cool, but it looks a little bit choppy, right? So how to fix that and how to get that motion blur effect is you’re going to hit command R again And then you’re going to go where it says frame sampling and you’re gonna change it to frame blend mode And what that’s going to do? It’s gonna blend those frames together So let’s take a look at it now and let’s see the difference And so it just it looks so much more cinematic. It just looks Just so smooth. It looks freakin. Awesome. Okay, so just to show you kind of this effect one more time So I have this shot here on top of this mountain range in Trichy main deal of area the normal speed. It’s pretty slow so what I’m going to do is I don’t hit that command R and I’m going to speed it up to eight hundred percent And this is what it looks like sped up, you know, once again, it looks pretty cool, but it’s just a little bit choppy So to make it look so much better when hit that command R We’re gonna go where it says frame sampling and want to change it to frame blend mode And then this is what it looks like. So it just looks so freakin good It’ll look so smooth. So clean So I highly recommend this effect if you want to take your drone shots to the next level and make him look more cinematic Anyways, hope you guys do this video coming up more tutorial soon.
